The Southern Southeast Regional Aquaculture Association has a significant economic impact on Southern Southeast Alaska's commercial fishing, seafood processing and sportfishing industries through its salmon production efforts and general operations.  The purpose of this study is to estimate the level of impact in each of these industries, as well as the impacts to local and regional economics in Southeast Alaska.
